![]() So it's friday and the clouds that seemed to promise rain earlier today seem to have driften off! Yay! I'm off tonight and tomorrow night--an even bigger yay! Misty called on Tuesday wanting to know if she could work for me tonight. I mean, really, what I was I going to say, "no"? Yeah right! I have no idea what we're going to do tonight. Johnathon and Shannon are in New Orleans celebrating Mardi Gras and Adrian will be leaving for El Dorado tonight around 7:30 to go see some band play. Jess doesn't get off work until around 8 tonight. I think I'm going to go eat with the parentals and ask Chris if he wants to just come over and watch movies or something and ask Jess if she wants to join. Poor kid, she's all alone in this great big city. Not really, but I don't want her to have to sit by her lonesome tonight. I went to class today. Both of them were nearly empty. Even my trig class which should be considered unusual--because really, it's trig. What would possess you to do something like miss trig? I'd have to be dying to miss that class. He showed us stuff today that looks really fucking confusing, but I think I might have it figured out. Who knows. At the very least, I need a damn C in that class so I can graduate! Graduation being the main point in life right now. Though a nap sounds good--but I have to go work on Adrian's website because...yeah...I fell asleep yesterday. Not my fault though. I had a horrible headache I couldn't shake (no rhyme intended) and the drugs made me do it. Jess told me she did most of it and that Adrian was having a panic attack through most of it. See, when I first set the site up, I threatened his life if he ever messed up anything. Jess told him something to the effect of, "she told you not to touch anything because you don't know what you're doing. I do." Other than all that, there's not much going on. I'm out of school until Thursday. Possibly the only thing good about college life in Louisiana: Mardi Gras break. That's right kids, they let us out of school for Mardi Gras. As larry would put it: "rockin'!" Okay, off to clean the kitchen. Later days, Me |
